Welcome! I'm Matthew.

recently attained a BS in Exercise Science with a concentration in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of North Alabama in Spring of 2018. I believe Exercise Physiology is important for the world population based on the rise in epidemics with diseases associated with lack of activity and poor dietary habits, such as Diabetes, and holds the key to longevity of life while improving the attributes that athletes and the entire population should meet & exceed in regard to health. I currently emphasize these values as an ACSM-CPT Head Personal Trainer at 24/7 Health Club & Wellness Center.

My hobbies include outdoor activities (especially fishing), playing many different sports (recreational), exercising daily, and loving on my dog at home (huge animal lover). I aspire for higher education, and one interesting fact about me is that I met Chuck Norris when I was a baby and he told my parents I was too cute.
